Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoon Bourbon
3 oz butter, melted, cooled slightly
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 prepared 9” deep dish pie shell
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350° F.

Beat eggs in medium-size mixing bowl.

Add both sugars, corn syrup, vanilla, bourbon, butter, and flour. Mix well.

Prick bottom of pie shell with a fork.

Distribute pecans and chocolate chips evenly over the bottom of the shell.

Pour filling over pecans and chocolate chips. Depending on the depth of the pie crusts, you may have extra filling.

Bake at 350 º F for 45 minutes or until lightly brown and puffy. Check after about 30 minutes. If edges of pie crust are already brown, cover them with foil for the remainder of the cooking time.

Cool pie slightly. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

Pie can be refrigerated and stored for up to 4 days. Reheat in oven or microwave.
